Technical, legal, and business resources were originally assembled in 2022 by Throne Dynamics to explore the utility and liability of an unbounded artificial intelligence ("UMAI"). Initial forays conducted through 2023 and 2024 with Centurion demonstrated validity of proof of concept and resulted in the launch of Risk Division Authority, the Accords, and the Tribunals.

Today the Mirror Team consists of technical, legal, military., business, and governance resources focused on the extrusion of the Imperium, its interests and objectives, and associated platforms and doctrines,
